A new twist on a classic French Pain de Campagne. Our slow fermentation process and careful blend of wheat flour ensures the maximum natural flavour. A delicious light crust surrounds a light and chewy crumb with a slight background sourness.
Seeded
Based on an age-old Bavarian style multigrain bread. An early blend of grains and seeds result in a deep flavour, densely woven seed mixture and rich crunchy exterior.



Rye
Inspired by a traditional Russian recipe and uses a combination of wheat and rye flour for a lighter texture. An earthly, nutty taste with a spicy note on the back of the palette.
Spelt
The Greeks saw spelt as a gift from their goddess of agriculture, Demeter. We crafted this bread using ancient grains to deliver a rich nutty flavour full of vitamins and fibre.
